The role of Compliance Officer is pivotal in shaping and embedding the enterprise compliance framework.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the organisation meets regulatory obligations, supports business units with compliance activities, and drives a strong culture of accountability and integrity across the business.

- Develop, implement and maintain the enterprise compliance framework, policies and programs.
- Lead compliance reviews, risk assessments and provide expert regulatory advice.
- Partner with business units to ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation and regulatory obligations.
- Engage with regulators, legal advisors and senior stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Support the preparation of Board and Audit & Risk Committee papers and compliance reporting.
- Deliver training to leaders and teams to strengthen compliance awareness and practices.
- Collaborate with Risk, Audit, Insurance and Legal teams to ensure alignment with risk appetite and governance standards.
- 7+ years' experience in compliance, controls or audit within a large corporate (ASX-listed experience highly regarded).
- Strong track record in developing and embedding compliance frameworks.
- Solid grasp of regulatory, compliance, assurance and governance requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively with business leaders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Finance, Commerce or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Professional compliance or governance certification desirable.
