About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to all aspects of HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, and payroll management. You will work closely with the People & Culture Manager to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including role evaluation, pool management, advertising channels, screening, and interview processes, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • To oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including arranging induction schedules and setting up necessary resources.
  • To prepare and distribute accurate and timely HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, such as employment contracts, contract modifications, performance management/reward documentation, disciplinary procedures, and termination letters.
  • To maintain up-to-date and accurate information within the HR system.
  • To support HR-related events and initiatives, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • To oversee and maintain HRIS and Payroll systems from setup, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • To provide additional support to the team as needed, showcasing your flexibility and collaborative spirit.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field, such as business administration.
  • Able to work independently and as part of the broader team, leveraging your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, combined with high levels of interpersonal acumen.
  • A commitment to honesty, integrity, and discretion.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
