Job Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious sales professional to propel our business development efforts and grow our customer base. As a Global Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for achieving new business targets, identifying and engaging new prospective customers, and developing tailored solutions to close each opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve new business targets by leveraging your sales expertise and knowledge of the international logistics industry.
  • Identify and engage new prospective customers through targeted marketing strategies and personal networking.
  • Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to provide innovative solutions for customers.
  • Maintain and report on pipeline and closed activities to ensure seamless customer onboarding and exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales/business development in freight forwarding or international logistics.
  • Evidence of increased sales track record within your current customer portfolio.
  • Strong self-motivation and a relentless drive to succeed.
  • Impeccable presentation and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and development.
  • Routinely meets or exceeds agreed targets.
  • Ability to engage and build strong relationships with clients.
  • A full Australian working visa and a valid Australian driver's license.
