Global Sales Strategist

At PATH4 Group, we're seeking a motivated and ambitious sales professional to propel our business development efforts and grow our customer base in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will achieve new business targets, identify and engage new prospective customers, develop tailored solutions and strategies to close each opportunity, and maintain and report on pipeline and closed activities.
- Achieve consistent growth in revenue through strategic sales initiatives
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to increase customer engagement
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and pipeline activity
We require a sales professional with:
- Proven experience in sales/business development in freight forwarding or international logistics
- Evidence of increased sales track record within current customer portfolio
- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build strong and profitable relationships
- Familiarity with the Australian market and customs regulations
We provide a competitive salary package, hybrid working arrangement, and opportunities for continuous learning and development.
Around $120,000 per year.
