Strategic Trading Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trader to join our high frequency trading team. This is a strong opportunity to leverage trading systems and alternative data platforms, applying machine learning and alpha strategies across equities, derivatives and global futures.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high frequency trading or low latency market making team as a Trader. Understanding of trading strategies and programming experience is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade market making and arbitrage strategies on a high frequency/low latency basis.
- Utilize trading systems and alternative data platforms, applying machine learning and alpha strategies.
- Monitor execution quality and risk controls; communicate with research and operations teams.
- Support the development and refinement of trading strategies with a focus on speed and reliability.
Requirements:
- Experience in a high frequency trading or low latency market making team in a Trader role.
- Understanding of trading strategies and programming experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication skills.
