We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing retail marketing efforts, developing programming, and supporting the National Marketing Manager in focusing on velocity driving activities that help achieve sales goals for our beverage and active nutrition business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a trade marketing professional who wants to take their career to the next level. As a Strategic Trade Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness in the retail channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans and targets that underpin business and marketing goals
  • Oversee the development of annual marketing plans for Food, Drug, Mass, Convenience, and Specialty channels
  • Ensure these plans excite our key retail partners, drive velocity, engage our target consumers, bring our brand stories to life, and support new product launches
  • Attend retail account calls, in person and virtually, pitching customized programming
  • Track and communicate shopper marketing trends, insights, and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in trade, shopper, and/or field marketing
  • Highly developed leadership skills and management experience
  • Proven team player with an ability to develop quality cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure
