Hotels Maintenance Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Hotels Maintenance Person.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including servicing and repairs, to ensure the hotel is in top condition.

You will work independently and collaboratively with department managers to identify and address any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect hotel facilities to identify potential maintenance needs
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and fixtures
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as leaks or electrical malfunctions
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
