Job Description

This is a key contact centre role where you will be the first point of contact for clients and financial advisers.


About the Role

You will handle inbound calls and emails, providing accurate information and support across superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and collaborate with the team to meet performance targets

Required Skills and Qualifications
