Job Description

As a vital member of our client engagement team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and financial advisers, providing exceptional service and support across superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers, responding promptly and professionally to their queries and concerns.
  • Deliver accurate information and expert advice on a range of financial services, including superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.
  • Address customer enquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and effective manner, escalating complex cases as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, using data analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
About the Role
  • No prior experience in financial services is required, with comprehensive training provided to ensure your success in this role.
  • A background or interest in superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions is desirable, but not essential.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to do more if needed.
