Job Overview

The primary function of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and promote various activities. The role involves efficiently engaging prospective participants, resulting in sustainable growth and fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work with new incoming enquiries to conversion and onboarding, prepare data for reporting, and establish connections with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at sector meetings and events to promote our services.
  • Compare market trends and suggest strategies to enhance business visibility and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • It would be beneficial but not essential for applicants to hold a Certificate 4 or equivalent in marketing/promotions.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial growth through innovative strategies.
  • Experience developing and implementing flexible engagement/marketing methods.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated goal-setting skills with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to individual needs.
  • Self-driven with the ability to generate new contacts while working as part of a team.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite and other applications.

Benefits

This full-time position offers a remuneration package from $73,172 to $80,554, plus 12% superannuation. Additionally, we offer:
