
Client Service Specialist

This role involves delivering exceptional client service and support through multiple communication channels.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients and financial advisers, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers
- Offer assistance with superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions
- Address customer enquiries and resolve problems promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve performance targets
- Adhere to company values and maintain high service standards in every interaction
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Show a positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes
- Be available to work a rotating roster between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday
- Be comfortable working in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days in the office per week, with flexibility to do more)
- Hold a background or interest in superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions
