Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Professional to lead our Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Execution team.

  • Lead, direct and guide development, implementation and optimisation of the Master Production Schedule and all integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management best practices, processes, techniques and tools.
  • Strategically analyse and provide forward focused, risk-based / value adding reporting / advice to various stakeholders and levels of management.

Responsibilities include overseeing IPS Quality Assurance Plan compliance, ensuring all IPS deliverables, techniques and outputs are consistent and comply with PMBP's and applicable Boeing Enterprise Stage Gate Process requirements, associated business policies, procedures and standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
  • Extensive experience in Project Planning, Project Scheduling, Earned Value and Performance Management Systems in a commercial environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a complex campaigns, projects and programs based across our national business. You will be responsible for leading a successful execution team within a large and complex project/program.

Australian Citizenship is required due to Defence security requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP), Cobra and the Defence Industry.
  • Baseline or NV-1 Security Clearance.

Desirable:

  • Formal tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business or Management field.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to exert influence at multiple organisational levels.
