Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Shipwright to join our team based in Garden Island.

You will be responsible for our day-to-day dock operations within our site and provide extensive trade skills within the group.

  • The manufacture and docking cradle for vessels
  • Carry out docking & undocking of vessels in the graving dock safely
  • Provide and maintain Support of the Ship Repair Services
  • Willingness to undertake multi-skilled activities in all aspects of ship repair

About You

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate 3 Marine Craft Construction preferred
  • Possession of Boat licence, Coxswain ticket
  • EWP ticket
  • Forklift ticket
  • Confined Space ticket
  • Working at height ticket
  • Able to read drawings and line off
