- Sydney - City Based
- Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm)

Receiving and processing all deliveries and responsible for the operational requirements of the purchasing and dock area.

Main Duties:

- Manual Handling
- Use of Electric pallet Jack (training provided)
- Hub to Hub deliveries
- Ensure timely placement of orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery in-full and on time
- Assist with maintaining & updating purchasing database
- Monitor stock levels / Monitoring space
- Ensure deliveries are picked up on time.
- Process invoices
- Monitor and maintain recording of chemicals.
- Assist with WHS record keeping
- Follow-up with suppliers as required.
- Arrange couriers

**Requirements**:

- Good computer skills - Excel.
- Full Australian drivers license
- Loading Dock knowledge
- Knowledge of maintaining stock levels and using dock stacker
- Experience in storage / handling of chemicals
