Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee daily dock operations, ensuring seamless logistics and efficient communication with tenants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in booking systems and record-keeping.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing delivery schedules, coordinating bin storage and waste collection, and maintaining access control protocols. They will also conduct routine checks on shared assets, report faults or hazards, and support the upkeep of common areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dock operations, including delivery scheduling and vehicle access.
  • Maintain booking logs and coordinate with tenants for special access or fit-out requirements.
  • Enforce access control protocols for vehicles, contractors, and maintenance staff.
  • Secure dock and access points after hours and during non-operational periods.
  • Coordinate bin storage and waste collection to avoid disruption to dock operations.
  • Monitor hazards, report incidents, and ensure all safety signage and compliance measures are in place.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities, logistics, or building operations, ideally in mixed-use or strata-titled complexes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in booking systems, record-keeping, and incident reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of WHS protocols and compliance standards.
