About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Director to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our financial strategy, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior finance role, with experience in the hire/rental sector. You will have excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a hands-on approach to solving complex financial challenges.

This is a high-impact role that requires a leader with exceptional financial acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure robust financial controls, policies, and procedures are in place to manage risk and compliance
  • Manage and optimise cash flow, working capital, and financial resources to ensure our financial stability
  • Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across departments to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
