Senior Mine Geologist

Positioning the Kalgoorlie project for long-term success requires a skilled Senior Mine Geologist to lead the open pit geology team.

The ideal candidate will oversee all grade control activities and implement fit-for-purpose workflows to optimize ore recovery and minimize dilution.

  • Tertiary qualification in Geology or equivalent is essential.
  • A strong background in open-pit gold mining, including leading a team, is required.
  • Experience with mining software, such as 3D modeling and resource estimation methods, is necessary.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in sampling, quality assurance and control (QAQC), drillhole and database validation, block modeling, reporting, and mine reconciliation.
