The role of an Invoicing Officer is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing by meeting business and client key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing invoices with precision and efficiency.

  • Verifying the accuracy of job costings through independent review or collaborative efforts.
  • Resolving problems promptly to minimize risk and guarantee billing accuracy.
  • Identifying areas for improvement to enhance existing processes and procedures.
  • Completing administrative tasks with ease.
  • Providing general administrative support to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Fostering a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and self-sufficient, and demonstrate high levels of organization and attention to detail. They will also have experience in administration, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and exhibit a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
