Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our national billing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and issue invoices to clients with meticulous attention to detail.
- Verify billing data for accuracy and compliance with firm policies and client agreements.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain and update billing records and client information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Previous experience using Aderant Expert software.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and able to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
