Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our national billing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Verify billing data for accuracy and compliance with firm policies and client agreements.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
  • Maintain and update billing records and client information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Previous experience using Aderant Expert software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
