**Job Title:** Behaviour Support Practitioner
">We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team, working with adults and children in community settings to support them and those around them to live more empowered lives.
">The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours. They will be qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners or professionals with extensive experience in the disability sector, passionate about improving the lives of people with disability.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct person-centred assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families and carers">
- Develop and implement evidence-based, positive behaviour support (PBS) plans">
- Promote the elimination of restrictive practices through education and practical strategies">
- Work collaboratively to build capacity in families, carers, and support networks">
- Act as a role model for best-practice service delivery">
