Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, providing day-to-day support, personal care and personal development for individuals with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will be directly responsible for assisting our customers in their daily lives, promoting independence and enabling them to engage actively in their local community.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide support to individuals with disabilities, focusing on personal care, domestic duties and community living services. This may include assistance with daily tasks, meal preparation, and accompanying clients on outings. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Requirements
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
  • A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers and weekend shifts
  • The ability to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way
  • Good computer, communication and interpersonal skills
