Job Description

We are seeking Support Workers who share our passion for supporting people with disabilities to be actively involved in their local community, valued, respected, and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships.

As a Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day support, personal care, and personal development to our customers. You will assist them with community living services, enabling them to be part of their local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to customers as needed
  • Assist customers with community living services, including daily tasks and activities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support customer goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
  • The ability to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way
  • Good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination
