Transformational Life Coach Role

As a Transformational Life Coach, you will be helping participants build their independence and lead fulfilling lives. Your days will be guided by a commitment to Purpose, Opportunity, and Passion.

About the Role
  • Support personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and domestic activities.
  • Encourage skills development such as job readiness, cooking, financial literacy, or navigating public transport.
  • Promote social and community inclusion by helping participants connect, forge friendships, and pursue their interests.

You will work in a dynamic and evolving environment where no two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to create opportunities for growth and success for every participant.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Approach your role with empathy and a person-centred mindset.
  • Be a reliable team player who thrives in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Be flexible, with the ability to work across day, night, and sleepover shifts as required.
  • Experience with High Level Supports (e.g. Personal Care & Complex Behaviours).
  • Digital Literacy competent.
Beneficial but Not Essential Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission eLearning Certificates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use various apps and systems.
