GumGum, Inc. is a leader in contextual-first digital advertising. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in executing campaigns that meet client targets.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Campaign Success & Client Satisfaction Execute advertising campaigns on GumGum's platform within SLA. Ensure exceptional client experiences and cultivate agency relationships. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth campaign execution. Provide IOs, campaign screenshots, and relevant reporting. Maintain systems (Salesforce, Jira) and deliver End of Campaign Reports aligned with KPIs. Assist with billing and offer feedback to enhance client service.
  • Partner with Sales to support new business development Collaborate with Sales on media plans, campaign strategies, and upweight opportunities. Support new business development and strategic sales initiatives.

Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years in digital media (Account Management, Media Planning, Customer Service).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/GSuite, Doubleclick, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Salesforce, JIRA.
  • Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Ad Tech, programmatic advertising, and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, meet deadlines, and maintain a solutions-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and open to feedback with a growth mindset.
