Digital Planning Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Planning Manager to join our team at Hearts & Science, a global communications agency.

About the Role

  • Develop and deliver innovative digital campaign solutions using our Connections That Matter planning process.
  • Lead a well-resourced team with direct reports, providing mentorship and support.
  • Oversee campaign planning from brief to post-campaign analysis, guiding team members on technical aspects.
  • Make executive decisions on campaign improvement and suggest new platforms for testing.
  • Provide budget forecasts and oversee reporting and quality assurance checks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own tasks from start to finish across all campaign elements.
  • Plan and implement digital campaigns, ensuring accurate execution and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and agency partner relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital campaign strategy, planning, and implementation.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring a team in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital channels.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
