About the Role

The Digital Campaign Strategist plays a critical role within the Customer Success and Operations department, working directly with advertising agency partners to execute campaigns and meet client targets.

This position supports our sales team to ensure all aspects of the campaign cycle are performing to client expectations while updating, educating and building relationships with our agency partners.

Responsibilities include facilitating the management of all aspects of the campaign life cycle, working closely with Sales, Creative Services and Programmatic Ad Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will provide GumGum clients with industry-leading customer service, maintaining systems (Salesforce, Jira) and delivering End of Campaign Reports aligned with KPIs.

This role also involves partnering with Sales to support new business development, collaborating on media plans, campaign strategies and upweight opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Ad Tech, programmatic advertising and industry trends, as well as the ability to manage stakeholders, meet deadlines and maintain a solutions-focused approach.

We foster a flexible work environment, offering our team members the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 2+ years in digital media (Account Management, Media Planning, Customer Service).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/GSuite, Doubleclick, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Salesforce, Jira.
  • Strong communication, time management and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Ad Tech, programmatic advertising and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, meet deadlines and maintain a solutions-focused approach.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
