About This Role

As a key player in our Consumer Experience team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting our partners with high-quality administrative and project support.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services by managing tasks with confidentiality, organisation and attention to detail.

Your contribution will help strengthen relationships between consumers, staff and our services, making every interaction positive and meaningful.

You will also be the welcoming first point of contact for consumers and staff, responding to queries with professionalism and care.

By accurately recording and triaging feedback, you will ensure that voices are heard and actioned appropriately, contributing to continuous improvement across our organisation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to providing high-quality support and service.

Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be essential in thriving in this dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and produce professional documentation.

Demonstrated administrative experience, including high-level customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting software.

Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines and apply initiative to achieve agreed outcomes.

Sound knowledge of office procedures, workplace safety and public sector policies, including Equal Opportunity and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
