**Position**: Customer Service Officer

**Location**: Adelaide NORTH (Onsite parking available)

**Hours**: Full-Time, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible rostered hours may be considered)

**Immediate Start**: Ideal for this week

**Roles Available**: 2

**Salary**: $32 per hour + Super

**About the Company**:
We are currently seeking two Customer Service Officers to join our growing team in an Education sector organization. If you're looking for an immediate start and possess the skills required for exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Service Officer, your primary role will be to provide effective customer service support to our office and client community. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Managing incoming calls
- Managing records and data
- Processing employer requests
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining registers

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- Proven experience in a Reception/Call Centre or customer service role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced telephone-based environment
- Strong customer service skills
- A solutions-focused approach to meet client needs
- Excellent communication skills with an articulate and friendly manner
- Exposure to Government, NFP, or Education industry is desirable
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and requests
- Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks

**Additional Information**:

- Flexible rostered hours may be considered based on your preferences.
- Immediate starts are available this week for successful applicants.
- **A Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Checks are required for this role.**:

- Onsite parking is available at our Adelaide NORTH location.
