Finance Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Finance Manager role. This position requires strong background in hotel finance, excellent computer and Excel skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Operational finance focus: Provide liaison and business support to the Financial Controller and Department Managers;
  • Financial reporting: Prepare Profit & Loss reports, General Ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, and submission of reporting packages;
  • Internal controls: Manage internal controls to ensure compliance with all payroll controls, wages and salaries disbursement procedure, including compliance with various award provisions applicable, visa restrictions of staff, and tax legislation;
  • Financial planning and analysis: Participate in financial planning and analysis activities, including budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as daily and monthly management statistics;
