Lead Studio Manager Job Opportunity

We're seeking a high-energy, organised and dynamic leader to head our team at Celebrity Ink Gold Coast.

This is an exciting career journey where you will drive sales goals, provide premium customer experience, manage inventory, reconcile cash and drive in-store promotions and social media management.

You will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and lead daily operations of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team and create a high-energy, positive environment.
  • Engage with customers and convert walk-ins to purchasing clients.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer experience and safety.
  • Monitor and measure team performance to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a team and driving sales.
  • Demonstrated ability as an effective salesperson.
  • Strong communication, writing, and leadership skills.
