About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Platform Consultant to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. As a Workday Platform Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's HR function by providing expert-level knowledge and support for the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions using your knowledge of Workday system capabilities, limitations, and interplay of systems and processes.
  • Document solutions into an options paper for business review and approval.
  • Prototype Workday changes, including test script writing, execution, and analysis of results.
  • Provide support to HR Direct and business owners in troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.
  • Analyze system release documentation, explore new/changed functionality, and make recommendations on potential adoption.
  • Continuously seek to maintain and develop your own and your colleagues' understanding of processes and functionality across the Platform.
  • Identify risks and controls across the Platform we support.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring Workday to business requirements, preferably in areas of Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to write and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work with competing priorities with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Background in HR systems, processes, and policies.
