About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our team at Intecrowd. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying Workday HCM solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in multiple Workday HCM modules, including HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Absence, and Time Tracking.
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems.
  • Work with client/data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Collaborate with integration consulting teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Resolve complex tasks and requirements when other team members need support.
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is reputable and referenceable once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them apprised of overall project status.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional human resources experience.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus.
