About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HCM Consultant to join our team at Workday. As a key member of our Consulting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) solution with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure the Workday HCM solution for customers, leveraging your expertise in product and implementation methodologies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange and system functionality.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to expand product knowledge and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants to enhance their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management software and consulting, with a focus on medium to large enterprise HRIS projects.
  • Proven expertise in implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Experience across various industries, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Education, and Government.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Australian Government security clearance to the required level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Passion for customer service and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly and deploy multiple HCM projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
