The Role

We are seeking an experienced Resort Ambassador to join our dynamic team at a premium retirement resort in Greenwich. As a key point of contact for our residents, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting various resort duties.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service to residents and guests
  • Respond to resident enquiries and requests
  • Deliver packages and room service meals
  • Set up and pack down of resident activities
  • Assist with production of weekly newsletter and monthly journals
  • Manage contractors and inductions
  • Support the restaurant team when required

About You

You will ideally have a background in hospitality or customer service, with experience working in reception, concierge, or administration roles. To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent presentation and reliability
  • A passionate and customer-focused approach with a can-do and proactive attitude
  • A valid driver's license
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
