As an Engagement Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming every guest and providing them with information about the park/resort, surrounding area, and available amenities.
  • Selling and promoting the holiday destination by sharing its unique story.
  • Ensuring seamless front-of-house operations and maintaining high-level customer service standards.
  • Directing guest check-in and check-out procedures while attending to general receptionist duties.
  • Addressing any issues or concerns raised by guests and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
