Job Title: Senior Clinical Academic

As a Senior Clinical Academic, you will play a key role in the delivery of clinical education and research within our institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical curriculum design and delivery.
  • Lead the oversight of clinical placements and ensure best practices in clinical learning and teaching.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to governance of the medical program.

The successful candidate will be appointed at a senior level commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Requirements:
  • Hold unrestricted medical registration and postgraduate qualifications in a medical discipline.
  • Be a current or anticipated specialist appointment with primary employment at our institution.
  • Demonstrate leadership in medical education and possess strengths in team-building, mentoring, and collaboration.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The ability to work effectively with both hospital-based and community-based medical practitioners is also required.
