Job Opportunity
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced customer liaison professional to join our team in a temporary position, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high volume inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries effectively.
- Schedule appointments for advisors efficiently.
- Log information into CRM systems and maintain databases accurately.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders seamlessly.
- Perform general administrative tasks as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in call centre, sales advisor, appointment setter, account management, or client engagement roles.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM's, and Salesforce.
- Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Driven and self-motivated individual able to work within a team environment.
