About The Role:

  • We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Education Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering clear and consistent information about the Portable Long Service Benefit Scheme to employers and workers.
  • You will be responsible for responding to enquiries, completing administrative tasks, and contributing to key projects and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service and education to employers and workers
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about the Portable Long Service Benefit Scheme

  • Contributing to key projects and operational priorities as required
