**Dining Establishment Supervisor Wanted**

We are actively seeking a skilled Dining Establishment Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our esteemed establishment. As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every dining experience meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve efficiency
  • Maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings while adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on front-of-house operations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is an asset
