Customer Service Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing seamless dining experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

About the Job

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.

  • Accurately take orders and efficiently serve food and beverages to tables, meeting our standards of quality and timeliness.

  • Clear and reset tables between customers, maintaining a clean and tidy dining area.

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Support kitchen and counter staff as needed, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Process payments and operate the POS/register with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service, exceeding guest expectations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
