Section Waiter Role

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Section Waiters to join our esteemed dining establishment on Sydney Harbour.

This iconic venue is currently undergoing a major refurbishment, set to reopen as a premium dining destination that blends breathtaking views, elevated service, and a vibrant arts scene.

We cater to various occasions from pre-theatre rushes to special events. As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional, friendly, and attentive service across your section.
  • Creating memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.
  • Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation and knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your colleagues on the floor.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a section waiter or similar front-of-house role in a quality-driven venue.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier guest service.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Availability for a flexible roster including nights and weekends.
