About the Role:
  • Monitor and control the entry and exit of residents, guests, and visitors ensuring a secure environment for all.
  • Utilize CCTV monitoring to observe and respond to any suspicious activity in a timely manner.
  • Address noise complaints and disturbances with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Conduct regular patrols of Level one, Level 23, and External exit points to maintain exceptional security standards.
Requirements:
  • Able to work varied overnight hours and weekend shifts as required.
  • Hold a current Victorian Private Security Licence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Presentation is key; well-groomed and professional appearance is essential.
