In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join the Commercial Real Estate team that's doubling down on winning togetherEach day, you'll go above and beyond to: Assess property development and investment transactions Prepare and submit property lending proposals Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio Utilise a structured sales approach to build and leverage relationships with specialists to deepen customer advocacy Develop and improve professional excellence through the management of individual and team performance We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
You'll need: Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
Expertise in Commercial Real Estate (preference that you hold a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification)Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
