Membership Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Administration Specialist to join our team at YMCA Victoria. As a key member of our Membership & Systems Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our direct debit processes, while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing the workflow of associated administration tasks and processes of the direct debit function.
- Providing a positive experience to all our customers while ensuring our centres receive the maximum debit income.
- Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- The role encompasses account management of customer accounts and the ability to escalate issues identified and actively participate in finding resolutions.
This is a permanent full-time role with a base salary of $63,067 plus super. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a combination of working from home and the Box Hill office.
