- Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, including coordinating appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, appointment schedules, and clinic statistics.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Year 10 level English written and spoken
- Knowledge of patient management systems (iPM, CPF, EMR)
- Computer competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Advanced telephone skills and clerical skills
- Ability to provide quality customer service in a friendly and professional manner to support high-quality patient-centered care
