Plant Performance Coordinator

The Plant Performance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control plant operations from the central control room
- Respond to alarms and process changes to maintain optimal plant performance
- Conduct start-up and shutdown procedures for critical equipment
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with operators and maintenance teams
- Collaborate with plant operators and maintenance teams to resolve faults or downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk management processes, and inspection schedules
- Work with supervisors and engineers to update SCADA and control system data
- Provide accurate reporting on equipment performance and contribute to audits and emergency processes
Requirements:
- A commitment to safety and risk management
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt, assist others, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, often under minimal supervision
