Job Title: Plant Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plant Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling critical underground fixed plant systems.

  • Monitor and operate all areas of the plant from the central control room
  • Respond to alarms and process changes to maintain efficient plant performance
  • Carry out start-up and shutdown procedures for critical equipment
  • Communicate effectively with operators, winder drivers, and maintenance teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Commitment to safety and risk management
  • Clear, confident communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt, assist others, and take part in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Flexibility to work independently and in a team, sometimes under minimal supervision
