Work Arrangements

About the role

You will be at the heart of our mine's operations — monitoring, controlling, and optimising underground fixed plant systems.

  • Operate and monitor all areas of the plant from the control room
  • Respond to alarms and process changes to maintain efficient plant performance
  • Carry out start-up and shutdown procedures for critical equipment
  • Maintain clear communication with operators, winder drivers, and maintenance teams
  • Work closely with operators and maintenance teams to resolve faults or downtime
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and risk management processes
  • Work with supervisors to update SCADA data
  • Provide accurate reporting on equipment performance and contribute to audits
