The Control Room Operator plays a pivotal role in the mine's operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of critical underground fixed plant systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and controlling all areas of the plant from the central control room.

  • Executing start-up and shutdown procedures for critical equipment.
  • Communicating effectively with operators, winder drivers, and maintenance teams.
  • Collaborating with supervisors and engineers to update SCADA and control system data.
