About the Role

The Luxury Guest Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for esteemed guests.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and ensuring timely delivery of luxurious amenities to VIP rooms, including conducting regular in-room checks.
  • Maintaining seamless coordination with various departments for smooth guest transitions and personalized recognition.
  • Providing proactive and reactive support for all guest-related matters, encompassing correspondence, requests, and special requirements.
  • Actively collaborating with inter-departmental teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • A genuine passion for providing authentic hospitality and an ability to surprise guests with thoughtful gestures.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions and memorable moments.
  • Ability to effectively manage tasks and contribute to enhancing the guest journey from arrival to departure.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Compliance with RSA certification is essential.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
